I led the complete redesign of the PortableConnect tablet app, creating an intuitive therapy experience that guides patients through their recovery journey with real-time biometrics, personalized sessions, and seamless telehealth integration.

The Challenge
Post-surgical patients using the PortableConnect rehabilitation device struggled with complex interfaces, unclear progress tracking, and difficulty connecting with their care team. The existing app led to low engagement rates and frequent support calls from confused patients.
